THE EVELEIGH RESTAURANT
"A rustic American restaurant in the heart of West Hollywood, Eveleigh embraces the original identity of the historic structure it inhabits: an intimate and unpretentious residence built upon an orchard in 1923." Some services rendered were Load, Title 24, Means of egress and photometric calculations, electric awnings, two new main panels, custom lighting, emergency backup power, VOIP, internet, sound system, and security cameras.
INTELLIGENTSIA COFFEE BAR-VENICE
"Intelligentsia is a specialty coffee pioneer, rising from humble Chicago roots to a company driven by curiosity, empowerment, and the never-ending quest for the most extraordinary coffee in the world." Located on Abbot Kinney Blvd., by California Ave., this project was nothing less than a challenging success. Some services rendered were Load, Title 24, means of egress, photometric calculations, a new 600 Amp Main panel, custom lighting, emergency backup power, interior and exterior lighting, electric awnings, and power for a vast amount of electric equipment to fulfill the energy needs to make the most fantastic coffee.
SOPHIE DANCE
Sophie Dance, through Third Street Pride. "Our studio offers ballet, tap, jazz and hip hop classes to children ages 18 months to 18 years. Our sister studio, Level Up, offers acrobatics, aerial and Competition Dance for children ages 6 and up. Sophie Dance On Demand is our online program for children ages 2-6 who are looking to dance from home."
It is a luxurious dance studio on the corner of La Brea and 3rd, established in 2007. Some services rendered were Load, Title 24, Means of egress, photometric calculations, a new main panel, custom lighting, sound system, VOIP, internet, emergency backup power, and power for air circulation.
SATINE BOUTIQUE L.A.
Located in the heart of Los Angeles, Third Street, it is a luxurious boutique with a trendy taste. Some services rendered were Load, Title 24, Means of egress, photometric calculations, a new main panel, custom lighting, sound system, VOIP, internet, emergency backup power, and security cameras for a showroom and vault room..
MURRAY MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS
"Located on South Santa Fe Ave, East Compton, under contract with Electric City, we designed a 2000 Amp three-phase main power system with multiple subpanels, transformers, welding, conveyors, cranes, and self-loading machinery. The biggest project we have been part of. Although challenging, this project was a learning experience and a way to prove our engineering and designing capabilities.
